KEGEL EXERCISES :STRENGTHEN THE POWER OF VAGINA


Female vaginal contraction is one of the major impact for both sexes in the pursuit of sexual pleassure. In addition to the help of the vagina plastic surgery,DIY approach for vaginal contraction is - "Kegel exercises"



What are "Kegel exercises" ?

It is a "Pelvic muscle exercises" ,and the way to practise this is through the contraction of anus, vagina, the muscles around the urethra actively, thus strengthening the overall strength of the pelvic floor muscles and tension will enhance the strength of vaginal contraction.Then,it will bring the positive effect to the happy life.



Training Methods:


When urinate, we are generally clear it at once. However, during the training, we try to stop and start the flow of urine,repeat it several times. Our attention is to train to control the tone of the small muscle group.

Relax the body,practice the small muscle groups, a similar practise like movement above. Contract and relax the small muscle group, repeat the action regularly.

Do it at least 1-2 times a day, each time at least 10 minutes.

Every day,do it at any time.

Insist to do it about 6-8 weeks, there will be significantly improved, not only tightening vaginal muscles ,but also will increase the sensitivity of the vagina.
