The source of this information is from pfizer:
Grade 1 = Severe ED ; penis is larger but not hard.
Grade 2 = Moderate ED ; penis is hard but not hard enough for penetration.
Grade 3 = Mild ED ; penis is hard enough for penetration but not completely hard.
Grade 4 = No ED ; penis is completely hard and fully rigid.
Therefore, grade 4 is the HARDEST. Every guys aim to achieve grade 4.
If you are grade1 and 2, please consult doctor for treatment and medication.
